The youngest little sister in a big family, she was a new arrival who came into the world amid everyone’s eager anticipation.
Her beautiful dresses were made by the July Mamas from forget-me-not flowers gathered by the other little bears. And so, she was named Forget-Me-Not.
With her arrival, the family finally reached a perfect balance of three boys and three girls—an equal number for everyone, making their games just a little fairer.
Forget-Me-Not is shy and kind-hearted. She loves little animals, flowers, and plants, and often stops to rescue insects and little birds. She always carries a sewing kit and a tiny first-aid box wherever she goes.
She adores sewing and often makes clothes for her older brothers and sisters, though she has never quite mastered getting the measurements right. She also loves decorating herself with fresh flowers.
She is an avid reader and often imagines herself as the heroine of whatever story she happens to be reading. After recently reading Pride and Prejudice, for example, she began practicing her English and having afternoon tea every day.
The forget-me-not flower is also known as “Star Flower.” Its language of flowers speaks of eternal love, while it symbolizes peacefulness and curiosity—just like Forget-Me-Not herself, quiet in nature yet always eager to explore the world around her.
