I was so amazed when my bear arrived!! the attention to detail with her packaging and the documents she came with were absolutely perfect and we will be ordering another smaller 20cm bear... The bear herself is soooo cute and i have named her Luna... The onlu critisism i have of Teddy Tales is the complete LACK of STOCK of their clothing for the bears and i haven't been able to dress mine because i couldn't order any for Luna...
I wish I could give this more stars than 5 because honestly everything about this was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I paid £25, first order from Teddy Tales, expecting - for the price - a small bear in a jiffy bag, maybe vacuum sealed. What I got was absolutely mind blowing. The package came in a nice branded shipping box, inside of which was a gift bag and a decorative gifting box. The little bear was wrapped neatly inside the box in tissue paper with a little gift-tag card. The box and bag are both absolutely premium quality, and superbly designed. The bear himself is super high quality fabric, and although it's a simple design, everything feels so detailed and well put together.
